Hello - The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.

Hi - F20 on this model is indicative of a clog in the discharge area of the unit. Pump failure or discharge clog. Are you use to using tools? Generally this is an easy repair if you are.
