there is a great company called asurion......they warranty ps3, cell phones etc........ive had my ps3 for 3 yrs luckily i paid a extra 75$ back then and got the warranty......i had the yellow light of death twice and a broken controller...they repaired it, sent me new controller....had it back in less than a week...you can still buy that warranty and i highly recommend it to anyone with a ps3 or xbox..just google asurion
