I have just bought an Inspiron 545 MT with Winows 7 software. I have a problem with my existing Dell printer AIO 922. It shows as connected to my new computer but fails to carry out any print functions. I may need a disc so that I can reinstall the printer. Please advise.

I assume the old computer was not Vista This site has the vista 32bit driver for Dell 922 AIO http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/8761/
The above link will take you to the Dell Support page for your printer. It has detailed instructions on what you need to do. Please follow them carefully and you should have no problems. And make sure you download the Windows Vista drivers.

" Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
" Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
" restart the computer
" Click here and slecet the operating system and download the drive

" after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
" then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.
Not sure if this is the correct way around, but it worked. Go to Start --> All programs --> Dell Printers --> Dell Photo AIO Printer 922 --> Dell All-in-one center
From here, you can determine and change your scan settings as needed; then click "scan now" (thus by-passing the button on the actual AIO machine). This scanned photos into my picture program so I could email to all the grandparents!
