HI, You will need to check the oven sensor wires that link the actual sensor to the main control board. Make sure that the contacts are connected properly, and not loose, or corroded. If all the wiring checks out, test the sensor for the correct resistance readings.(you will need a multimeter for this test)

The most common oven sensor should be approximately, 1100 ohms when at room temperature. The others may be close to as follows:

100°F - 1143 ohms
200°F - 1350 ohms
300°F - 1553 ohms
350°F - 1654 ohms
400°F - 1753 ohms
500°F - 1949 ohms

If the sensor test is adequate, and the wiring is Ok at the control, this will lead to a failed control board. replace the control in this case.

Whirlpool Oven GW395LEGT6 Replaced the oven temp sensor But oven will pre-Heat and run for 15 minutes then shut off with Error code EO F3

Have you tried pulling the connectors off the control board and reinserting them. If you still have problems the control board could be the issue.

Oven not staying temp needed

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F7 on your Maytag means that the keypad is shorted or stuck and to resolve this issue you’ll have to replace the touch pad/clock assembly (ERC). Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

Whirlpool model: rf385pxdz My oven will not work, First It displays "door" then displays error code "EO F7"

Hi. This is a possible control board issue. First i would advise to check the wiring at the door switch mechanism, and control. Make sure the wires that link the control to the actual door latch assembly, are connected well, and are not lose. If the wires are Ok, and not corroded, simply replace the main control board.
