You may also want to check out this site if you have a lot of programs: DLL-files.com - Download all your missing dll-files. Before you do anything always create a 'Restore Point' (start- programs- accessories- system tools- restore... ) there's a wizard that will guide you through the process- its quick & easy. If you restore the 'virus' just Google the virus name by copy & pasting in the search bar. Your 'virus' may just be a false positive.

Hope this helps.

Open up the help in XP and type do a search for System Restore Wizard.
Follow the instructions and it will give you a choice to restore your system to the way it was at an earlier date. Choose a date from before the problem started. Any programs you have installed since then will need reinstalling but you won't loose any data.

It may also restore the virus in the dll but you can find another way to fix that apart from deleting the file.

If that does not work you can boot from your XP cd and choose the REPAIR option.

I hope this helps

Hi! Database server gives error "cannot find OCI DLL". What should I do?

OCI.DLL errors can be caused by Viruses, Malware, Corrupted registries even an indication of hardware failures. Your best bet is to go to the source disk for your program that uses this OCI and get it from there and reload it. Mind you first you should run your anti-virus and anti-malware programs to make sure your system is clean, Then find the OCI.dll file rename it to OCI.dll.old (DO NOT DELETE IT. Grab the new OCI.dll file from the source disk and put into the same folder you found the old OCI.dll at. then do a shutdown and reboot of the system.

Not once, many times.

I tried many solutions.

Shortcut Virus Remover is the best solution I found.

A 100% free simple application.

You can download it from this link - Shortcut Virus Remover

Place it in your pen drive and double click to run.
Press Enter to confirm its process.
That is all.

Shortcuts will remove and your data will be back in a second.

Is there a safe way to get rid of this? What is it in any case? Someone suggested that i go to the registry editor and delete it there. I'm here looking for a second opinion thank you. O4 - HKLM..Run:...

If you have the correct spelling (the posting does not contain the \\) then you most likely have a virus or other malware. There is now listing for Saxibagog.dll on the Internet which means that is is most likely a random name used to help prevent removal. i.e everytime you delete the file, it will replicate with a new name. You should run a full scan of the computer with an up2date anti-virus

Error in WINDOWS PCDLIB32.DLL

To get rid of the rtutils.dll you can try the steps given below.

Turn on the system in safe mode by pressing F8 as soon as you turn on your system

Check the recycle bin to see you hav accidentally deleted the file. If so restore the file from the recycle bin.

If you have cleared the recycle bin then the best option would be to use a file recovery option. A software called Recuva is available. It is a file recovery software.

Sometimes the file could have been corrupted bya spyware/virus/malware. In this case run the anti-virus and anti spyware. This can help you detect the malware and restore the file back to normality.

else try to do a system restore
XP->
Start-> Programs-> Accesories->System tools-> System restore

Vista->
Click on windows (left side bottom) -> Type (System restore) in start program bar-> and click on the same.

If you are facing the problem after a software installation then try to uninstall the software and check for the error.

Try to clean up the registry

Try to update the drivers.

and if all of these don't work then try to download the dll file from the internet.

400 bad request!!!!!!!!!!

Delete cookies by going to Internet options and try to re-log in the browser. Also try another browser if deleting cookies doesn't work. Some virus prevent you from logging into particular sites. Install a good anti virus software and scan for virus. I use kaspersky anti virus and haven't had any trouble in a long time.

Rundll64.dll.vbs virus in my pc

The worm copies itself to the root folder of writable drives, and adds an autorun.inf file in an attempt to execute itself when the drive is mounted.

When run, the worm copies itself to <Windows>\RUNDLL64.dll.vbs

The following registry entry is created to run RUNDLL64.dll.vbs on startup:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
MSConfigs
<Windows>\RUNDLL64.dll.vbs
So, when you will click on any drive it will not be open it just try to run that INF file.

If you have any anti virus scan your system or click here for a free demo of Avira Anti Virus Sacanner.

Thanks
