My psp wont turn on

1st your get a 1 gig memory stick and an a extra battery, then you make the battery a pandora, either by hard modding it or buying a low volt pandora from internet. then you download a file onto your psp memory stick google "magic memory stick" it should contain a new firmware either custom or ofw. then you put your pandora battery in the psp with the mem stick, then turn on the psp while holding one of the recovery buttons on my psp 1001 its the right bumper. hold that till you get the recovery menu then you should see an option that says "Install Custom firmware" or "Install Original Firmware" select the one you want, then bam your flashed files that are needed to run your psp is back on your flash 0, plus if you wanna download free psp games and roms your able to run them on your new modded psp but you have to select CFW in order to run mods.

You need a Pandora Battery and a memory stick.
You have to put a costume firmware, or restart the PSP with the Pandora battery.

NOTE!
DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK:
1st make sure if your using a custom firmware by pushing and Holding power button wait to shutdown your PSP and you will here some sound like tick!
2nd while your PSP is Shutdown Press and Hold R + Power until a recovery menu show up and GoTo Configuration you will see there you can change the region from what region you like then your done!

1st. try press and hold select while on PSP Menu where the games and music and setting and etc. is there
2nd. from doing that you'll open up the VSH MENU you can change the region there
if there are nothing happen VSH MENU is not enable on the Recovery Menu try enable it.

if theres no recovery menu and VSH MENU?

try download Custom Firmware for your PSP
or if you think you may brick your PSP try go to expert so they will do change region for you

try turning it on with only the carger no battery and see if in turns on! if it does thay means you need to make a magicstick which will llet you turn on ur psp with a pandora battery...

you bricked it, try looking for a pandora battery or a universal unbricker to restore it.

search youtube for a video that shows you haw to make your battery into a pandoras battery via hardmod. you will need one program but the video will show you.

alright get you other son custom firmware 5.02 gen-a just look it up on youtube they have some good guides then convert the battery to a pandora using the recovery menu or without having to go through that just get ultimate vsh menu and press select on the xmb and just select to convert to pandora after that just make a magic memory stick and no u dont have to buy another memory stick u just use one and u can use it as many times as you want here is a guide cuz i think you where asking for one

And this 4.01 official firmware
Open the Pandora Deluxe 1.2 and install.
Unrar the 4.01 official firmware and place the EBOOT.PBP in a folder on your desktop named 4.01.

Connect your PSP and enable USB. Start the Pandora Deluxe 1.2 program, while it is starting it will ask you if a certain drive letter is your PSP, make sure it is correct and click ok.

Click on the "Load 4.01 firmware" button and it will ask for the location of it. Find the 4.01 folder on your desktop, double click it and it will show EBOOT.PBP, select it and clickk OK. Then check the install box next to it. In the colum to the right select "Despertar Cementerio v7 (4.01m33-2)". Now just below that in the center is a drop down box with DCv7 next to it, drop the box down and select LEFT. In the box right below it check Format + Prepare Memory Stick, If you need to backup your memory stick select it. Make sure that the PSP Drive letter is correct and when you are ready to start press START.

When the operation is complete, disable the USB, disconnect the PSP and turn off. Remove the battery. Hold down the LEFT Trigger while inserting the PANDORA battery and continue to hold until the menu comes up.

Select NAND operations, then IDStorage tools. In that follow the prompts on the screen. Select your region, then turn on wifi switch and pres x to Get Real Mac and continue on till finished.
