Typically, What's app requires a phone number attached to a device for it to work. Most tablets don't have cell phones built in, so Whats app won't run on them, or even load onto them.
There are work arounds. Search Google for "Installing Whats App on a tablet or a PC". I have Whats App installed on a tablet, using my landline phone number, and it works over WiFi.

Kindles and Androids run two DIFFERENT operating systems/software and you cannot put an app from a Kindle on an Android device. Just like you can't take an app from an Android device and put it on an Apple iPhone. They are entirely different computer languages and don't work that way.

Whatsapp is a messenger for the phone. You must have a Phone number on the device. So till now, Apple did not allow an App for this service on the app store.
As already some programs are available for PC and Android tablets, I think it is just a matter of time till Apple will allow an App for the iPad. Till then? wait, or jailbreak your device, to get such an app from Cidya. (Not sure they do have an App.

Use the Kurio App Store application on your tablet or Play Store. You cannot download Kurio apps on your computer. Your computer uses a different operating system (Windows/Mac/Linux) than your tablet (Android).

Fixing RPC:S-5:AEC-0 Google Play Store Error

The Google Play / Android Market error retrieving information from server RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error message can be a bit of a pain, the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error just randomly appeared on my tablet after it upgraded to a newer version of Android. However this is how i managed to fix the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error with ease.

1. Load the Settings app, click apps, then select "All"
2. Next in the all apps view find the "Google Play Store" and click on it
3. Now click "Clear Cache" (Not Data), then Force Stop.
4. Next in the same app list find "Google Service Framework"
5. Click clear data (Not Cache), then Force Stop
6. Switch off the phone or tablet and turn it back on
7. You should be able to download and update apps from the Google Play store once more.

Enjoy no more RPC:S-5:AEC-0 errors when downloading or updating apps.
Or Simply Go to settings/app.manager/all
Delete data + cache :
Google Play Store
Google Play-services
Google Services Framework
Hangouts
Market-feedback agent (important)
Then delete google-account(data/system/user/0/ fine the accounts.db file and cut and paste it somewhere else)
Restart the phone and then re-add google-account( paste your accounts.db file earlier to it's original location).
p/s~Your device need to be rooted to remove/delete google account without a factory reset.

Some android apps require a imei number with a phone number in order to work. Some of these apps include alternative texting apps, Google voice and others. Its not an android error, its just trying to save you from wasting time trying to get an app that will not work on your device.
