Second image transfer roller a sponge looking roller near the transfer belt. replace it or have a tech look at it

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.
This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.

Did you buy a whole new drum unit, or just change the cartridge? If so, the fuse may still be blown. Also, you may need to empty the spent toner out of the old cartridge.

That's the Image Unit. It should also tell you what color. C, M, Y, K. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black. Image units are seperate from Toner cartridges and don't need to be replaced as often. You will also hear people call it a Drum Unit. That's the same thing.

To Change OPC DRUM UNIT in KONICA MINOLTA 2300 w
Switch Printer Off
Open Front Door Cover
Remove Waste Toner Box
Lift Transfer Belts Blue Knob until it's placed at 11 o'clock. (it's directly behind the waste toner box)
The OPC DRUM UNIT is directly under the BLUE KNOB
SQUEEZE HANDLE and PULL OUT the OPC UNIT
Be VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE GREEN COLOURED ROLLER on the OPC DRUM UNIT.
Replace new OPC DRUM and turn BLUE KNOB of TRANSFER BELT back to 7 o'clock position
Replace Waste Toner Box, Close Front Cover and Switch On.
Status Display will show OPC Drum at 100%
(You can also replace the fuse in the OPC DRUM UNIT and save yourself HUNDREDS on a new one)
