Hi, Unplug the unit from the wall for a couple of hours to see if the unit will reset and turn on. If it won't turn on after a couple of hours please post back.

According to the shop manual (found at http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00261093/c00261093.pdf), this indicates no memory. You should open the case, remove and reinstall the memory modules. You might want to use some compressed air to blow out the sockets prior to reinserting the memory modules). If this doesn't work, you'll need to replace the memory.
