Could be a tuning problem. Try retuning the set. Make certain you are getting the strongest signal.
Hi
Pixelation and Missing channels on new flat screen tv's are mainly due to weak signal from the tv aerial.
My existing 2 Hitachi TVs are 5+ years old and worked ok from a loft aerial. Recently bought a new Phillips smart TV and at first it only picked 14 channels!!
This is what I did to solve it.
First check on the internet for your nearest TV repeater mast and if you are in a weak zone or not. Check there are no obstructions (like buildings or trees) Check that the alignment of your aerial is in the correct direction (check too the general direction of your neighbours aerials). Even if it is slightly out it will fail to tune to all available channels and if it does there may be pixelation on rainy days. Try repositioning the aerial and re tune to see if you "gain" or "loose" channels. Check the down cable and if possible replace for good quality higher bandwith tv cable.
In my case I had to buy a new aerial and cable, now I get over 70 channels. This solution did not affect the other tvs one way or another.
If you have to buy a new aerial keep in mind bigger does not necessarily mean better reception. Buy one for your location and already filtered for 4G interference. As more wireless comunications devices come online more interference will be created (5G, dual band wireless internet routers, Cars with ethernet, etc) Hope this helps you get your missing channel

SOURCE: emerson tv 32 in --the channel 7.1 ABC only has picture without sound.
Check the Chanel 7 broadcast signal on the other tv have sound, could caused by the tv broadcasting signal from the tv station itself.Check if ur tv have a function known as S.A.P. make sure it is off, could effected no tv audio problems, because the tv station in ur city or town don't broadcast in that signal frequencies.
