How can l get my money back as I've ordered an item from Novashe company on the 30th October and have not received it,

If you used a credit card or debit card the easiest way is get a refund by filling with your credit card company for not received items. The credit card company will pretty much handle it but you need to add any communication about the sale. If no response-I doubt you will get one back. They will reverse the charges and return your money.

Get straight to a branch of the bank which issued the card, if you have not already. There will be some time limit from the date of the statement showing this debit, after which they don't want to accept a dispute and charge back claim from you.

Contact the company you purchased the product from.

I would contact your bank immediately and ensure that your bank account has not been raided. They should have systems in place to monitor unusual activity on your card but if you are unsure of what you have done you should show willing that there may be a problem. If it is a legitimate company and they are trying to take money from your account for items that they have not delivered you should be able to claim against your credit card as they are usually insured against this. Better to be safe than sure.

File a complaint with Paypal, they are great in situations like this. Log onto Paypal site and follow their instructions.
If you still have not received shirts they will refund 100% of money.

If you paid for your auction using paypal, then you can track the item in that account. Log into paypal, select recent transactions, find the phone and you can check the order on it. You can see when it ws paid for, when the seller said that they shipped the item, a tracking number for the delivery information and the method that it was sent. If it has been a long time since you paid for it and you still have not received it, then click on "open dispute" and report the seller to paypal. When you open a dispute, paypal contacts the seller and they either provide proof of delivery or they refund the money.

If you used a credit card to pay for the phone through the pay my auctions method on Ebay you will need to find the auction that you won in order to check delivery on it. The item should be in your closed, or completed items in my Ebay.

If you paid for the item on a credit card and you didnt go through paypal, and you cannot find the auction that you won in my ebay, then either wait until you get your credit card statement and turn it over on the back to fill out the dispute an item instructions. ALWAYS put disputes in writing when dealing with a credit card company or bank. If you dont want to wait to receive your statement to dispute the charge then call your credit card company and tell them that you want to dispute an item and have them take a claim for you. Tell them the reason is non receipt.

Have you tried calling the telephone number on the back of your credit card? The website may also have some telephone numbers to use as well.

On these types of disputes, I like to write a letter directly to the credit card company giving all of the information you listed above plus the steps you took to try contacting the company in order to resolve the matter. Usually suggesting that you might close your account is enough incentive for the credit card company to get moving on giving you the money owed.

Paypal is great to work with. I've been screwed over by a couple of sellers and Paypal was able to recover my money promptly. You just need to get in touch with them and talk it over.
