Replace door lock assembly.

youll need to remove the 3 screws across the topo of the console, the console will flip forward and youll be able to see the machine control board. look toward the mid to lower left side of circuit board and locate the blue relay box, just above that you should see a resistor with a quite apparent burn mark all around it, if so youll need to replace that control board, as well as the wax motor in the door lock/latch asssy

INSIDE THE SOAP LOADER THERE IS A LIME COLOR STRING PULL IT WILL UNLOCK LATCH

Open the soap dispenser. Look down in front of the fabric softener dish.
You should see a yellowy-green plastic cord (like weed-whacker line). Pull it.
The door should open.
If you don't see the cord, remove the four screws that hold the dispenser lid in place to find it. Just don't lose it when you put the cover back on.

Try these steps:
1.) Take the washer outside. 2.) Loosen the two screws on the back panel and remove the back panel. The pump sits on the left-side of the opening. There's a black water hose with a metal clamp; 3.) squeeze the metal clamp with your fingers until it's loose enough to slide away from the pump. 4.) Separate the hose from pump and the trapped water will pour out and the door will then open; and 5.) clear any blockage from the drain hose and the pump.
