We are FIXYA dot com. We are not Telkom. How can you NOT know where you are posting to!!

Phone them for balance enquiries, they are don't to discuss on a website with 11 MILLION annual viewers. You can also get your balance via text message.

The easiest means of obtaining account balances, says Telkom, is via its balance enquiry SMS system. Customers should send an SMS with their 10-digit Telkom landline telephone number, followed by a space and the account-holder's ID number, from a mobile phone to 012 321 0210.

How to use your landline from a uk cellphone ?

You can use your landline in the uk from your cell phone - but not paying anything to your cell phone provider. how?
When you get a "3" phone in the uk they give you skype free for life.
when you connect a Rylwy adapter to your landline it will transfer it to skype and then to your "3" cell phone and via versa.
it mines that you will be able to call from your landline through your skype on your "3" set.
i have it and its working for one year in the uk.

My landline is not working. 021 6712775 It stopped working over the weekend. How do I report this matter? I sent an sms to 30591 but this was not successful.

The voice mail and message service for your landline phone is provided by your landline service provider. If you did not receive a printed booklet directions for your landline phone service, I suggest you call your landline telephone service provider Customer Service number (Telkom) and ask for one.

From the Telkom web site, this looks like the number to call:

Landline phone keeps fading

Defective landline. It's not the carrier so it the landline. Get a new one. You can get em for $20

I live in UK and have a Laptop. Wolud want to purchase magicjack, will it work? Does it only work with landline phones?

magicjack is based in the USA and use the internet to make calls. It enables you to plug a landline phone into a UK to USA socket converter. But you will start off having a free USA phone number.

Our Pone is not working in our landline connection ,this is new one it is on 4 wire connection.But our landline connection is 2 wire,so how to connect this phone.This telephone modal is Samsung KPDCS-12B...

When you put one of these between your phone and the landline, it will start working.....

Sph200D phone - can't make landline calls or answer incoming landline calls...

-- First u can change the ADSl filter.
-- And then check that its working or not..
-- then u can resett the SPH150D and reconfigure the device..

If you have used a computer connected to the land line to post this statement , there is nothing wrong with the line
it is in the phone system
in any case you get onto your service provider and inform them of the failure
