Assume you have lost remote. Look on reverse of both sides to see the manual operation buttons. These will operate all the functions of the normal tv operation, and should be able to select different source feeds, dvd ect. If you still have remote try unpluging tv, wait for a few minutes then plug back in. Hope this helps.

When I power my Sony lcd 42 inch the red light blinks then I push the power button the green standbye light just continues to blink, any suggestions

You only see standby voltage if the power board is in "sleep mode" or PMW isn't enabled. Test the power on pin on the power supply, see if you see standby voltage there as you turn the TV on, if you don't look at a bad main, if you do it's a power board issue.

32" vizio m370nv, not under warranty any longer,

Hi I was in a live session with you earlier but there was no response for about 15 minutes so I thought your were disconnected. Please click on the re-connect button or you can respond here. When you say it does not turn on, does the LED change color but there is no picture or is it just stuck in standby mode? Please provide this info so that we can continue with the diagnosis.

LG 32LH200 stuck on standby mode. pls assist

Im afraid the set is probably in an over current protection mode wherebye it shuts
down to protect itself as one area of the tv is drawing excess current, if the tv led light attempts to change colour at start up as normal or flashes etc this would verify my suspicion

led flashes etc can have a code which would guide a techie to problem, im afraid you

will need an engineer visit,sorry George
