Be sure the metal bar under the ice bucket is fed into the 'stirrup' at the back of the freezer, if it is in place, hold the freezer light switch down while the door is open, and press the ice dispense paddle to observe auger operation and see if the 'stirrup' is pulled upward by the solenoid that operates it... There is a small door under neath ice maker shelf (literally) w/ 2 small screws that keep it in place,or a button that can release ice maker on the rt. side of machine. Good luck!!
