Either your account has been suspended due to a violation of policies or is hacked.
If your account is disabled by Facebook, you will see the message after trying to log in. If you do not see that your account is hacked. May be using a fake page (Phishing).
You can mail to Facebook and ask for help. Especially if you faced security issues.

Change your mail password.
Never save passwords in browsers.
Always clear Browser cache and Temporary internet files.

Use a strong Anti Virus solution to protect you from Phishing. Such as Bitdefender.

There is an action limitation in FB. Do not over use any feature within 60 seconds. You will get warned. If you exceed the action 100 times your account will be suspended or deactivated.
