The E2111 should also indicate a number after the DIMM, this is the bank of the DIMM it believes to be bad. Depending on your support contract situation, and ability to bring down the machine, reseating the module after cleaning it a bit with some good old 'canned air' may do the trick. Otherwise a module replacement is in order which is typically covered by DELL if you are still under coverage.
While it is most likely bad memory in the indicated slot, you should swap the memory with another stick. This will help you determine whether it is a bad memory stick or a bad memory slot, and sometimes simply reseating the memory can resolve connection-related issues. This will probably be asked of you by Dell support anyway. If this has an older BIOS (less than 2.0.0), then it may also be a BIOS issue rather than hardware. Several BIOS revisions have been released to address memory and error handling.
I have the same problem and I can confirm that it is not bad memory.
After swapping DIMM 5 which is was complaining about it then begun complaining about 7, then 1 then 3.
Replacing all these cured it for 10 minutes then it went back to DIMM 5.
I also updated the BIOS to verion 2.7.0
Currently looking for a firmware update.

The E2111 SBE LOG Disable DIMM error is due to a repeated Single Bit dimm errors filling the memory logs. What you will need to do is go to the hardware log in the Drac (Ctrl-E prompt on startup or via OpenManage) once there then view the log for any errors identifying specific dimms. Note the errors and dimm locations and then clear the hardware log, via the Drac/BMC or OpenManage, and then reboot and see if another error comes up. If so then power down the server and swap the listed dimm with other matching dimm in the server. If the error moves to the new location it is a bad dimm, if the error remains at the same slot as before then it may be the motherboard slot.
