It is either your battery (unless plugged in) or it is your CPU protecting itself from overheating, try dismantling and cleaning your device's innards and throw it back together clean.

Please turn off the system and unplug only the power cable. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. Plug in the power cable.
Please clean the system air vents using canned air.
Here are the steps:
1.Check the vents on the computer to see if they are covered with dust and not allowing heat and air to pass through.
2.Turn off the System.
3.Unplug the AC Adapter.
4.Remove the Battery.
5.Use Compressed Air to blow the dust out of the vents.
Please restart the system in safe mode and let us know the status.
Please try starting the laptop with/ with out battery.
Please try starting the laptop using single memory module. Please try on different slot and check the status.
