If your laptop is not an Acer you need to give the make and model. If your laptop is an Acer then Download the drivers from the Acer WEB site Make sure you select the model of your laptop and the XP or Vista version of the drivers that match the Windows version that is installed on your laptop. There u go, follow that link, select PRINER, then select BJC PRINTERS, then select the model of your printer.
After done that, select you OS and download the drivers you need.
