Hi dear friend , seems your problem is depend to dc controler board which makes hi and low voltages and sends them to other sections like drive motor-display - laser unit - fusing section and other parts in the mashine . If you are a technision so you know well what can you do , if not , just follow power cord and check if there is in put AC voltage ( 220 or 110 volts)on the power supply board ? If you saw the voltage on the diode bridge go a little further on the maun capacitor and check about 300 dc volts on it . If there is not ac and dc volts , you should remove main connection from power supply to dc board then check the voltages that mentioned . Remember that , this is step by step diagnostic finding issue and all of my prefers to you was depend to this point that be careful and if there is nothing voltage even on the panel lights . Good luck

My Star TSP600 Thermal Printer is displaying a flashing Error light. Power light on, new roll of paper loaded correctly, self-test was ineffective - nothing printed. What's my next step?

i know you stated you put the paper in correctlyin the printer but if the thermal reactive side of the paper is not facing the print head the thermal paper won't print on the wrong side of the paper. it will load into the printer and seem ok but the heat on the wrong side of the paper will not react and show any writing. Can you try turning the paper over in the printer feed holder so the other side of the paper faces the print head and give it another test .

Nothing shown in the display

Please try these to fix your problem:
  • Re-brick your printer. Pull out the power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds.
  • It could be that your printer is not getting enough power to turn on. Try to plug the printer to a different known working power outlet.
  • Make sure your printer is updated. Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark Pro800 Series Firmware Update.

unplug the power cable

lift your printer up then put it in an upside down position

Lexmark X8350 does not turn on. Had it plugged in a CyberPower battery back-up. I unplugged it and then plugged it back in, even into another wall outlet to see if that was the problem. Green light is...

Try to refresh the status of the printer by taking out the cartridges, turn off the printer, REMOVE the AC adapter at the back of the printer, disconnect the power cable from the power outlet, disconnect also the USB cable. After 20 seconds, put it back all again and turn the printer on. If that doesn't do the trick and you are still having the same problem, you'll have to contact Lexmark for replacement (in warranty), or have it repaired by reputable repair establishment. Given it's sub-$90 price tag however, the repair will more than likely NOT be cost effective.
