The TV cannot support the video resolution that your PC puts out, you need to find out what the resolution the TV can do in PC mode, then set the video on your PC to that resolution.

Hi, boot up to an F8 and select safe mode. While there change your screen settings to 800X600.
The available resolutions in the windows operating system has to be compatble with the TV screen you are hooked up to. try lower settings first. Thank you and god luck.
