Question about Advantech IPC-6806SB-15ZBE: Industrial Desktop/Wallmount Chassis 6-slot
My pc can no longer boot up after i change some bios settings
You should be able to go back-in and reverse your changes.
alternatively there are two other options.
1. Most BIOS have an option to 'load system defaults' or similar, which should get you back up and running, though you might have to change other settings to get it back to where you began your changes.
2. There is a a Jumper on the Motherboard that you can move slightly which will perform the same function. Some models require that the CMOS battery be removed for this task, most built in the past 5 yrs or so do not.
Without knowing what Motherboard you put in this 'shell', there would be no way to point you to the manual or the Jumper's location.

Testimonial: "May i know where i can find serial number of the motherboard and how does it looks like?; (how many digit if numeric) i have seen a sticker with labelled V2.00 its near the battery.."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
