If you have forgotten the bios password or don't want it anymore, look on the motherboard for the coin cell battery and remove it for 10 minutes. Reinstall and boot. The password is no more.

You can install windows 7 in this system . But it will run slow in this product because it is old motherboard with less resources. Better to use Windows XP.
firstly u find 9pin jack on motherboard its near about pci slot and their is print power switch,power led and reset switch. some wires are comnig from your cabinet their is print po sw,reset,hdd,pwd led
