Snails are vegetarians, Depending on the kind of snail it is. If it is a land snail.... tomato, lettuce, etc. If it is a aquatic snail, get some sea weed, and other types of green stuff from the local river. (let it soak in clean water)

I have a pfaff 2140 and when sewing the fabric doesn't seem to move much it makes a tiny stitch even after I try a long stitch someone who know how to fix it ??? Thanks

You may have lint build up under the needle plate between the feed dogs. Pop it off and clean it out.

If not that then maybe the feed stepper motor is going bad.

Good luck!

My Needle just stitch in one place

check in the manual and see where the feed dog lever is a check to see if it's in the up position for sewing or in the down position for darning, if it's in the up position, then the machine needs to be checked to see if there is something wrong with the feeddogs or the feed dog lever..

Don't know what the blue buttons on Sew D'Lite are for.

The top one with the bobbin on it is for winding a bobbin. When you press it the bobbin winder spins around. The bottom two are for if you don't want to use the foot pedal. The second of these two, which has a O/I sign on it, makes the machine stop and start. The one with the snail and the rabbit controls the speed.

Dropping feed dogs

Manual seems to imply that you have to cover the needle plate with a "darning plate," which just build up the area around the feed dogs so they don't reach the fabric--pretty inelegant, plus I wonder if you can even find the darning plate anymore. Let me know if you figure out anything else!

I cleaned my machine, but after putting the plate back on, the feed dogs don't pull the fabric through now.

check the feed dogs to see if their up, you can see & feel them with your finger under the needle plate.
if the feed dogs are not up then somewhere in the cleaning the knob or lever got moved, go back thru what you did to find the feed dog knob,,it's always good to know where it at

Feed dogs don't feed evenly

are they clean? give them a good brush clean regularly with your little brush in the sewing machine kit.

However, if there seems to be an issue with feeding and the stitch formation, then the timing could be out and it may need a professional service.

Yes we know . bit they are down they dont seem to be high enough up .not pulling fabric through .

Remove the needle plate and check for lint build up between the feed dog teeth. Lint will build up and prevent the feed dogs from coming up all the way. I them still don't come up high enough, then they will have to be adjusted.

VIK ROSE 45010050 Stitch size button will go up but not down in size...

Possibly the touch pad is bad. Are they any other buttons that don't work? Usually when the touch pad is bad other buttons won't work either. If only the stitch length won't work then the step motor for the feed is bad or you have a bad board.
