There are two options because there are two different machine.
One WC5020 with platen or adf and another machine with dadf.
N9 error code has nothing to do with the fuser. You must look for the entire error code n9.xx.

This means the Yellow ink sticks are jammed in the machine, open up the top of the machine and check if the sticks can slide freely up and down and remove any broken sticks.
