Sorry, you're hosed. If you forgot your HDD password the only thing you can do is replace the drive and rebuild your S110. There is no way to remove or reset it without using the original password in the original motherboard. Period.
If you're misinterpreting the screen information and it happens to be the bios user password that's forgotten it is possible to have an authorized Lenovo repair center reset it with adequate proof of ownership. Lenovo themselves will not do it. If it's the SVP password for the bios the only solution is to replace the motherboard. Period.
Having passwords that can be reset like in the old days just by jumpering 2 wires defeats the purpose of having a password in the first place.
I have full proof that this is mine, so basically.. in order to remove the HDD password i need a new hard drive? and to remove the Bios password a new motherboard? Alright, thanks!
Well, the hard drive is locked forever without a password and it can only be unlocked on the same controller on the same motherboard. The user level BIOS password can be cleared by a service tech; the SuperVisorPassword cannot be cleared.
One more question, Will it work if I try to install a new Operating System(Window XP) w/o the HDD?
If you add a new blank HDD you can install any OS to it that has driver support. In fact, this would be a great time to upgrade to a Solid State Drive. I know the S110 only has an Atom processor but the SSD would not only be faster but also extend your battery life. You'd have to use either an external CD drive or bootable USB key for the install.
Allright, That's all i need to know! thanks for the great answer. :)

What make/model of computer? What operating system? What BIOS type/version/revision?
There IS a way to reset it without losing the data on the drive. It sounds like he has set up a password in the system BIOS or either password protected an entire volume in Win 200x/Vista.
If he has set a BIOS pw, you can remove the batteries and jumper the CMOS reset pin for a few seconds...IF you can get to it. If you can determine the BIOS name/version, I can probably put you onto a boot diskette that will clear the BIOS.
For 3 bucks, I'll send the boyfriend a virus!!! lol
