Screen Stuck Screen is stuck on 'charging' and how long does is take?

    Device froze and makes a loud, shrill buzzing sound when I insert the headphones. I am not able to turn it on even when I insert the USB into the computer.

The Samsung YP-F1 has a reset button located under the black Samsung cover plate. It can be gently removed via a finger nail or mini flat blade screwdriver. Once plate is removed a hole labeled reset will be seen. Use something like a paper clip and press in. MP3 will power down/reset. MP3 data is also retained after reset.

Learn to reset the device using the method shown on your manual. You can also connect it to the computer to scan the files for any corrupt inactive ones and delete them. i think resetting should solve this issue.Helpful ? Good day

Remove the Screen Protector from the device and then complete the recalibration. Check if the device is charged to full.

My Zen Mozaic is stuck on the start-up screen.

Hi try pulling out the battery for a few min and later when you put back the battery , keep your phone for charging. Then try switching off and off when the charging is taking place. Hopefully it should solve the problem.

Screen Stuck!
Mine did the same thing, but I fixed easily. Wait till it turns its self off then plug it back into the computer. If all is good it should say that it is charging. Then unplug it to see if it turns back on. Hope it starts!
