I need you to check a couple things for me before we go to far. Is frost building up in freezer back panel? Are all fans inside and outside of the refrigerator. That refrigerator has a control board and we may need to have a look at it. The control board is AP4139120
But I need to hear from you first before going further. Thanks, Sea Breeze
Need to unplug pull away from wall and remove the cover over the compressor area. With power off I want you to touch the top of compressor to see if hot, cold or warm. Then let me know. We may need to have a look at the windings of the compressor and do some other test to see why the control board has not been able to cause the compressor to start.Need a ohm meter or multimeter to do some test. Let me know when you are ready.Sea Breeze
My appoligies I answered the wrong post on the last message to you. On yours we need to find out if the the electronic louvers are responsible or if the refrigerator is not defrosrting properly. I am having a little trouble with the model number you sent the second time also. But double check and I may find that it is included with another series number close to that one. Sorry about the trouble on this I will do my best to get you going. Sea Breeze
The model that came closest to yours is the RS2531 below is a pic of the inside contol panel. Does this look like yours?
My Samsung RS2630SH fridge and freezer are not staying cold. I replaced the condenser fan several months ago and it is still running. I blew and vacuumed all the dust off of the coils. If I unplug it for a few minutes then plug it back in the compressor kicks on but the air is not really cool. After a few minutes it stops. The fans inside still run but the air coming out is not cold. There is no visible ice build-up. It worked part of the day yesterday but is now completely done cooling. Any ideas? Thanks.
