Are C, D and E in place(page 14 of the manual)? Interlocks prevent anything from operating if these parts are not properly in position.
Are you sure the screwed up film is all out and new film installed correctly(page 34 of the manual)? Use a flashlight to peek in the corners!
Are the rollers sticky or sticking to each other? If so, you're done.
Are the supply rolls (page 22) turning freely? If not, replace them.
Do the rollers run in reverse when you hold down that button (page 12)? If not, something is really out of whack.
If still in trouble, call for service.
This is one of the most complicated laminators I've ever seen ... must be a good one ... but personally I wouldn't let any one touch it until they've read the manual cover to cover and promise on pain of separation from service to follow ALL the rules in regard to setup, operation and maintenance. ^_^ http://accoblobstorageus.blob.core.windows.net/literature/5edb3f90-058f-49a6-a41d-ccfd96850992.pdf).

Before trying anything I suggest, make sure your shredder isn't plugged in.
You will need to remove the adhesive from the rollers. You will need to use a glue solvent on the shredder rollers, something like Goo Be Gone. Personally, I still use Ronsonol Lighter Fluid In the image below I've outlined the supplies you'll need to, hopefully, clear your jam.
Without disassembling your shredder, the best way to clear your jam is to use Rosonol Lighter Fluid (3), tweezers (4), and dental picks (5).
Make sure you are working in a well ventilated area. Separate the shredder from its shredded paper collection tub.
Turn the shredder head upside down so that the paper output is facing up.
Pour Rosonol lighter fluid on both sides of the rollers near where they come together.
Use dental picks and tweezers to dislodge stuck paper pieces
Turn Shredder head over and repeat steps 3 and 4
Move power switch to the "Off" position
Plug power cable back in
Move power switch to "Rev" (reverse) position, if still stuck move power switch to the "Fwd" position, repeat twice
Repeat steps 1 - 8 until the rollers move freely
Once the rollers are moving smoothly you need to oil the rollers.

Most probably the rollers are sticky. Try cleaning the rollers with fibre cloth soaked & squeezed dry. Use a blower to clear any dust in between the rollers. Finally run the maintenance program provided. It should solve your problem. If its still under warranty, I strongly suggest you send it in for servicing
check for paper residue at the right roller...then...
.The rubber treads in the rollers wears down, making them smooth, so they won't pick up the paper. Sometimes, they are aged, which also gives them a smoother rounded texture, causing jams. The quick fix is to liven up that roller with a mixture of alcohol and soap. Damp a rag with the solution and wipe the rollers clean with it. That's make them more pliable and the paper jams will cease.

Have a good day,
The printed page comes through the hot fuser at the top of the printer, through the exit rollers an end up in the exit bin.
We cleared a massive paper jam out of the fuser, by removing the grey surround on top of the printer. The plastic hooks that hold it in place get broken in the process, then you will the jammed paper between the fuser rollers, and the exit rollers. A technician can do it for you, but is unessersarly costly.
