You will need RS-232 to USB cable, Delta PLC programming software WPL Soft and computer. And for hmi communication you will need communication cable. You can communicate hmi with plc over RS-232 protocol.
You can download the requested drivers direct from the official nvidia site. From the dop down boxes select the fields so that the screen looks like this (assuming that you need the english version of Windows XP drivers): After the selections click on search button, accept the licence agreement and download the drivers. When the download finish run the downloaded file.

This may be just a power supply issue, but if you meant your DOP was July of 2010 then just take it back to where you bought it or call Panasonic. It should have a 1 year standard manufacturer's warranty. Good luck.
If a program cannot be run under Windows 7 because of compatibility issues you have to right click on the executable file that will start the application and click Properties. Select Compatibility tab and then select the Windows version you know the program worked on before. This way the program will be run as it would run under Windows XP or Vista, 32 bit or 64 bit.

When you save your document, are you saving as a normal document?
I have searched online and can find no mention of a .dop.
You could try Repair office, when you click uninstall it will give you the option to repair.

I have a similar problem with my 55 plate 93.
I go to Halfords and by a pair of H7s (two for one offer, replace BOTH at the same time and keep the old 'good' bulb as a get out of jail.
No one seems to know what the answer is.. or do they?
check the manufactures website, if they're still in business they should have them on their website, if not you can call them and have them email it to you.
