go to run prompt on client end and typ \\ip add of main pc where ur printer actually connected nd then u will get shared printer on display, u will get shared icon of ur network printer right click there nd connect it .... if it doesnt show any problem to connect it will work nicely ...........
First make sure a tech's installed the Canon Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit for the IR3300 (includes network kit and BOOT-ROM).
When you press the counter check button do you see IR3300(IR2200N)? If not then you don't have the printer kit installed.
If you have the print kit installed, the print drivers can be downloaded from the Canon website. You'll need to have your copier on your network.
You could then setup a local printer using a tcp/ip port (assign your copier a static IP address) on your server and then share it on your network.
The IR service manual says E602 means the harddrive is toast.A little tough to fix on an IR300 without the canon service tool on a laptop.It Fundamentally means you have to reimage the copiers hard drive with a new image.They don't call it imaging, they call it downloading a new OS, which must be downloaded from Canon.A trained IR service tech should be able to do it in about an hour.Good Luck
i have an IR 3300 (used) i have given TCP/IP correct with machine and PC also. ping command is working properly and IR Machine also response from the host and also i'm success output (Printout) but can't scanning. I have scangear also tried but the messeage appear "the spacified IP address is invalid or scanner is not connected to the specified IP" but my IP address is correct. (both side) i know that after this my Machine will be online from System button but there is no software. i cant solve my problem
