I can go on line thats fine but i can't log into playstation network ? any ideas ? when to trying to connect to a network game on the ps3 the following message appears "An error has occured. You have been signed out of PlayStation Network. (80710092)" what do I need to do?
Its a simple but irritating problem which i have too you simply have a bad connection signal to your networking serveryou may need to bring the server closer to the ps3 or you can get a more expensive router(?) of the same type for a better signal

I tried logging in from the Playstation store and it worked that way. I had the same problem at first for about 10 minutes.

The PlayStation Network is down at the moment. Sony Entertainment is working on this. There is nothing wrong with your system.
From the PSN - "While we are investigating the cause of the Network outage, we wanted to alert you that it may be a full day or two before we're able to get the service completely back up and running. Thank you very much for your patience while we work to resolve this matter."

psn is under routine maintenance and will be back up and running soon same problem i have and i called sony and thats wat they told me... pretty much all games are down right now....
