Well, of course you should first try unplugging, replugging, turning it off on the backside button, turning it back off, holding the on/off button 3-4 seconds while it is on, and so on.
If neither of all these things work, there might be corrupted data or you might need a firmware update (hate those on mp3's, then how is it on ps3's? >.<).
But for those, you would need to contact customer support, as it says on your red screen message.
