I tried that to no avail, put new batteries in & held reset button down but still won't talk, it does all the actions, even the mouth moves, just no sound, is there anything else I could try?

Cannot get furby boom to connect to iPad or iPhone . We have 2 furby sand neither will connect. Only advice on instruction is move them closer but this doesn't help, any one else had this issue?
Mine too. Please let me know if anyone gives you a solution. My little grandson is so upset that Cocoa (my brown furby) talks, but LuLu doesn't anymore (my gray and pink furby), They are from 1988.
same just happened to my daughters furby boom. (Only bought yesterday). Something happened when using the app around the the change voice option in the game. Tried changing batteries and presing the re-set button to no effect?
Have you tried restarting? It's different from resetting. You have to keep his tongue down (as if you're feeding him) while resetting. This worked for me when Furby didn't move, only made sound. Good luck! (If you still have it, it's May already)
