Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Paper Supply: Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray. Ensure that the paper is not jammed or wrinkled, as this can cause feeding problems.
Check Printer Connections: Verify that all cables, including the power cable and the connection to the computer or POS system, are securely plugged in.
Power Cycle: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a minute or two, then plug it back in and turn it on. Power cycling can sometimes clear temporary errors.
Check Printer Cover: Ensure that the printer cover is closed securely. Some printers have safety switches that prevent printing when the cover is open.
The printer does not feed continuous paper to the standby position. Cause: You have not torn off the printed pages before pressing the Load/Eject button. What to do ?
Tear off the printed pages at the perforation. Then press the Load/Eject button to feed the paper backward to the standby position
hmmmm are you try to install new paper roll? the paper feed arm didnt lock open printer cover and again install paper roll and close the printer arm then press cl key

The only suggestion I could make may be obvious but my experience has taught me that you need to make sure the paper is installed correctly, especially with double ply paper. We have learned that the yellow receipt copy ply must be attached properly to the green roller so that the double ply paper from the roll feeds correctly through the print roller. Also make sure the double ply roll paper is not loose coming off the roll that feeds to the print roller.
