What I can connect in the smart plug on the older philips model tv

This will depend on how new your TV is and which connectors are on the back of the TV. What is the Make and model of your TV?
Your DVD player is fitted with the older style of connectors called 'Video In' or the 'Component' system. A lot of modern new TV's don't use this system anymore due to the poor quality of image and sound you get from them so they don't generally install those connectors anymore.
Almost all new tv's use HDMI cables. Comment below with the details of your Smart TV and I'll try to help you more.

If you have bluetooth on the tv then there should be an option to search for the device you wish to pair with in the settings on the tv. If you don't have that option then you would most likely need to purchase a bluetooth adapter to plug into your tv in order to connect your keyboard

To do a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. This procedure will make it a hard reset. I am buying Philips HTS3530 home cinema, and I saw that there is some difficulties connecting it to Tv (40' Samsung smart Tv) Is there any cable which u need buy (i have HDMI).

You may be right - the drivers may be gone. Un-install the drivers for it using the Device Manager, and re-install from the CD.
