If it is not pumping water out of the vacuum that means that the pump belt is worn. Here is a link to the belt you need and a manual you can view:

Check to see if you get water from the hand held nozzle if so you have a clogged heater.If you get nothing at neither the floor or hose check the belt on the right side of the machine there is a cover that you need to remove it runs the pump and may be stretched out or broken.
