Last night, I washed some clothes with two pillows. Looks like the pillows were rubbing against the seal? (the plastic thing next to the door) and now that seal has a hole. It is not big but I don´t want to wash until know if that´s really bad (maybe water can enter there). Also, I think because of this the washer was doing a really loud noise almost at the end of the cycle.
Can I replace that part? What´s the name of this part? Or something really serious is going on with the machine and maybe I need to start thinking in another one?

In case the hole is in the plastic part and not in the rubber,you can disregard it.
The plastic part called- main tub cover.
Regarding the loud noise, to my opinion the reason for it was an overloaded machine.
Run a new washing cycle (with clothes) and see if it will work properly.
