Disc will not run when there is error, every amount of data will be running and it is needed. Even dust will cause error, so you need to clean the dust and if the disc was scratch you need to find or buy another disc.

This error means that the PS3 is unable to read the disc.
Does this error occur with other games? Has this game worked before?
The first thing you should try is cleaning the disc. Do this using a clean, dry cloth. Start from the centre of the disc and clean outwards.
Check for scratches. If the disc is damaged, you´ll need to purchase another disc.
If the problem persists, you may have a hardware problem.

The reason the player keeps giving you wrong disc error is because the player is not reading the disc.
the reason is either the lens is dirty or weak.
To test if the lens is dirty, try to clean the lens with a lens cleaner and test the player DVD disc.
To fix it if the lens is weak, open the player with the appropriate screwdriver, open the disc tray, and replace the lens with a new lens, test it with a DVD disc.
