Blinking of orange light denotes a heat problem. Cooling fans should be checked. Just curious when all of you purchased tv's. We purchased ours in Jan. 2008. and is now having the malfunction 9. Online manuel says this is a lamp problem and lamps have a two year labor 5 year part warranty so I am working on getting it taken care of under warranty as I have heard lamps are pretty spendy. I will try to let you know how it turns out....Any updates on yours???
