Dowloading information can i download my information from my old ps3 to my new one

PS3 Error Code 80710101 This error is caused by an issue with the Playstation 3 not being able to connect to the internet or website



To solve this error :

Ensure your internet connection is up and running.
Reboot your playstation 3 and router.
Ensure your network connection information is correct.
Try creating a new connection on the by accessing the Network Settings menu option on the PS3.

You may have to transfer your save files from your old PS3 via memory stick

you can copy it on to a usb device and then put it onto your other one

Go to Settings, System Settings, Back Up Utility.

You'll have to hook up an external usb drive with a good amount of space.

Use the backup utility.

Swap the 40gb drive with the 80gb drive.

Follow the onscreen PS3 prompts. A message will possibly pop telling you that you need to download a firmware file etc. If it does download the latest PS3 firmware from here:

http://www.us.playstation.com/support/systemupdates/ps3

You'll need to have it installed on a folder on your external drive like this:

PS3-->UPDATE-->firmware file

The playstation will look for the file once you press the SELECT and START buttons at the same time on your ps3 controller.

Follow the prompts, it should be straightforward.

After everything is done.

Go back into Settings, System Settings, Back Up Utility.

Click Restore and then follow the prompts.

Boom you're back in business.

The fastest way to resolve this problem is to do a quick format to your PS3. After that try it again. If it freezes or says it's corrupted again, then you need a new hard drive.

Call of Duty 4 New Maps are randomly chosen. You will hardly ever play on one of the new maps. Just keep hitting a match type, you WILL eventually Find a new Map match. Hope this helped.

I had to scroll down to when I purchased the annual subscription last month. New downloads usually appear first (at the top) so when I had to scroll halfway down my dowloads I was happy to finally find the July issue of Qore.
