Electric ovens are calibrated behind the temp knob. Pull the knob straight off of the shaft and look at the back of the knob. There should be a metal slide with a scale and a little set screw. Loosen the screw and move the slide in the direction indicated for your needs.

SOURCE: Viking Gas Oven VGSO-166 flame too high

make sure the hood orifice is a #52. (orifice to bake burner)you can go to the local propane gas company and see if they have one they will sell you.

It sounds like the pilot light has gone out. The thermocouple might have failed. It is a gas appliance so you will need a gas certified technician.

My Frigidaire gas range (Model: FCRG305LAFA) has started to pop my GFCI outlet.

It's a problem with the oven. You did the right thing trying different outlets and getting the same result- the oven being the only common device. With the oven unplugged and gas off, try to look at the controls and wiring inside. May be a melted wire causing a short.

Neff combi microwave oven. Micro stops after 25 secs then started tripping the trips. advised to change the magnetron and I changed the fuse. Still the same The oven still works fine. Help please

My amana gas range just tripped the breaker and now the oven light will not turn off and it keeps tripping the breaker every couple tries. It is running of a 20 amp breaker so it should be getting enough...

Hello,
One possibility is that the circuit breaker has weakened and tripping intermentently for no real reason. To see if that is the case the oven could be plugged into a outlet on a different breaker using a extension cord.
Another potential cause is that any one of the wires in the range has became bare and lost its insulation and touching a peice of metal, shorting out

After self cleaning, Range trips circuit breaker when using convection

self cleaning ovens use super hot seting to bake the oven clean and it sounds like it melted a wire and it is shorting out the oven on that setting. look at the wires you can see or easy to remove panels
