I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but I think if you look at the brand name on the remote, you could find the companys website just by googling it. you can find manuals, specific instructions..... pretty much anything but quality service. LOL

I've never heard of that manufacturer, so I'd suggest searching Google for "Sungale remote control codes" and you might find others that are having similar problems with their universal remotes.

Which remote are you trying to program for the cyberhome? It sounds like you need the code for a universal remote so that it will work with the Cyberhome, correct? Please let me know the make / model remote you are trying to program and I will find the code.
hello, your DVD did come with a manual I guess.Talking about universal remote,I think it comes with a manual. You can request for a new universal remote control with a manual that contains the code of the device you are using. If not you could also buy the appropriate remote control for your device at an electronic store where they sell elect products, or better still, buy the remote from the place you bought your device. if you experience anymore problems operating your device pls feel free to let me know. Thanks.
Since the codes that Comcast gave you did not work, there is a very high possibility that the remote control is not compatible with the DVD player. You cannot expect universal remote control to work with all devices, regardless of its make. Philips does not have codes for this DVD player because it is the maker of the universal remote control that sets the codes.
I just bought a 32" dynex lcd and saw that i couldn't program my two $5 ge remotes to work it. From reading in this forum and others I'm not the only one with the problem, I thought I was stuck with only the dynex remote. But the dynex website tells you how to get universal remotes to work,
It tells you to try the codes for Orion, Emerson, Memorex, Sansui, Sylvania, Zenith. The second orion code worked for me. both my ge remotes look and work the same but one uses a four digit code and the other uses a three digit code. I used 0135 on one and 135 on the other. There is a good chance that if you try the codes for the brands dynex lists you will find one that works. The 0135 or 135 might work for most dynex tv's.
If you have a ge remote and haven't programmed it for volume punch through you might try it. It allows the tv volume to be controlled using the ge remote even when it's set to something other than tv.
