Try turning it off and urning it back on if that dosen't work i am sorry to say but your tv is broken parallel lines normally means that the color scheme for the tv is either not correct or is damaged as long as you didnt change any settings i am almost positive it is broken.
These lines are caused by broken or leaking capacitors. This TV will require servicing.

If the lines are there all the time or intermittent but in the same location it is an indication of a bad panel. The panel driver can also be the cause of this symptom. Samsung panels have had issues with the connector that carries the LVDS signals to the panel itself, this is not serious and can be resolved and little cost. Joe Weibel

Unplug for 30 seconds from it's power source and then try it again. If that doesn't work, call Samsung for further troubleshooting and have your model number and serial number handy. Please be prepared to tell them how long the line is.

No solution here.
I have the same issue... A vertical magenta line, about 2 pixels wide, appeared about 1" from the left side of my 52" LNT5265FX/XXA. Of course, this appeared after the 1 year warranty... For me it started showing up about 22 months from purchase date. It goes away when the TV warms up after about 30 minutes or so. Sucks that such an expensive product has developed this issue w/in 2 years.
