Have you tried firmware update for your gps . If you have not tried it try to update the latest firmware . By updating firmware your problem can be fixed .
If your problem still continues then you need to take your gps to near by shop to get it repaired .
You can get City Navigator 2008 CD from your local Garmin dealer. Cost around $100. It updates via MapSource program and USB connection to IQue 3600. Do not get "NT" maps as 3600 does not understand "NT" compression
dont send your ique 3600 to raytech electr.i leaving at 5 min. from there and last week they tell me they dont repair the ique anymore they send back all there part to garmin they had to much problem with them good lock
Go to my computer, right click -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager.
Locate your IQUE 3600, or Palm.
Now, if your palm has a Yellow Exclamation mark on it, that means that your computer is not recognizing the Palm. Select Driver details. Re-install the driver off the "Setup CD" that came with your IQUE 3600.
