My Garmin device is being recognized by the palm software but the mapsource is not recognizing the device to synchronize the tracks and waypoints. Any reason?
I downloaded Track Conduit_23 from Garmin website. Now I can download Tracks from my Ique 3600 to Mapsource. Only track box is highlighted. Waypoints in the Ique still cannot be accessed. Do we need additional software for that?
Are you running Vista? If so, contact Garmin for a download that allows the maps to be loaded.
The simplest method is to update the software for the Mapping/Data, the one you probably had is sooo out of date!

Mapinstall recognizes my IQue 3600 but Map source and web Updater does not. I run on Windows XP. It seems that Map Source cannot read the USB interface to the cradle. Do I need a usb driver?
