I looking for a repair station for a Garmin iQue 3600. The closest suggestions I have read was RayTech in Canada, but I cannot find a telephone number that I can contact them before I send the unit in only to find they don't repair this model. I have paid $19.98 for a premium service and I still have not gotten any satisfacation.

If you are trying to HotSync to a Macintosh, you need to install Lycestra's PDiQue software available at http://www.lycestra.com/ique.html before HotSyncing is enabled. PDiQue enables a USB conduit between your Mac and the Garmin iQue 3600.
How long does it try to find the satellites? If it trys for a half hour of more with no results, the antenna may be broken. I have read in other forms that people have added an external antenna and their units would then work, evfen with the built in antenna broken.
Go to my computer, right click -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager.
Locate your IQUE 3600, or Palm.
Now, if your palm has a Yellow Exclamation mark on it, that means that your computer is not recognizing the Palm. Select Driver details. Re-install the driver off the "Setup CD" that came with your IQUE 3600.
