Look for a little light that looks kind of like ((.)) If your wireless radio is on, you should see something like that lit. If you don't see it on, your radio is off.

In the lower left corner of the laptop are the status lights. The one on the left that looks like a satellite dish beaming up is the light you are looking for. If it's lit up, the radio is on. If it's off, press Fn and F10 to turn it on.

Jason,

What does the logs say over EAP350, are the cards on Macs properly getting associated with EAP350? What happens if you put static IP?
Also check for the latest firmware for EAP350 which addresses this issue.

Acer Aspire 5733 Wireless connection lost

Check the wireless router and high-speed modem.

If the two are not powered on, or if the Ethernet cable connected the two is not completely inserted into both connection ports, you are unable to access the Internet on the Acer Aspire One laptop computer.

Activate the wireless Internet connection on the laptop computer.

Right-click the wireless icon on the desktop, then choose "Enable" from the pop-up menu.

Without activating the wireless receiver on the Acer Aspire One, the laptop is unable to detect any wireless network.

Select the appropriate network you wish to connect to.

Your computer may be attempting to connect to a different Internet connection, preventing you from access the network you desire. Right-click the wireless icon, select "Search for available wireless networks," then choose the network you want to access.

Restart the computer.

The system may have booted and failed to detect the wireless receiver. Restarting the computer corrects this issue.

hope this helps

How to setup a wireless connection to HD-HG300LAN & Lenovo Laptop

Either connect it to the router ..and access it in the network ..or get into its settings ..and enable the wireless and connect to it wireless just like any other wireless connection ..
here are the manual and the quick set-up for it ..
You can even connect it directly to usb ..but will not have teh capability for wireless ..
The best way is to connect it to the router and access it from this point ..THis way you can access it from a cable LAN connection and from the router;s wireless one ..and even from its own wireless connection if it is enabled..
the general idea is that will share the information on it by cable and its own wireless ..and you will not depend on the internet connection unless you want to connect to it from another location .
http://www.retrevo.com/support/Buffalo-HD-HG300LAN-manual/id/419dj692/t/2/
In general the configuration is made just like in a router ..access it from the browser or by run command..

Connecting with internet

Yes, that is possible since you have a wireless router. Router can share internet connection. Go to this link this will help you setup the wireless connection (secure it if you want)

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/wireless/Dlink/DI-524/wireless.htm then on the very bottom there is an option how to Configure Windows XP to connect to your wireless network.

I suggest this because it would be better if there is encryption on the network so people wont be able to access your internet for free (unless you give them the security key)

Desktop/labtop - want to use internet with both at same time

check to see what your router setting is for "IP range" under the DHCP section. If it is NOT setup as a DHCP server, then enable this and put in a range of for example : 192.168.1.2 through 192.168.1.10
This will give you the availability of 9 connections. Also,.. be sure that your computers are setup to have their IP assigned automatically ( unless you NEED a static IP )
You should be able to access these settings by opening a browser and typing in the address 192.168.1.1 ( linksys default )
Hope this helps,.. I only came here to find range specs of wireless N routers :-P
