probably your cable or sat box malfunctioned. try unplugging the power for 2 minutes and then plugging it back in. my cablebox would do that to me all the time. let me know if this doesn't help. check sound on dvd or other sources to narrow that down.

when you go into the customer setup menu in the channel scan area make sure the set is set to cable also us ez setup if that does not solve your problem return it

Digital TVs or set-top boxes only receive the digital TV signals not the digital radio signals. To receive digital radio, you need a digital radio (DAB+) receiver. The ABC does broadcast two of its digital radio music stations-ABC Dig Music and ABC Jazz-on digital TV and they are available on channels 200 and 201.

Hello. When you use the scan button, does it just scan 88-108 and continue? Are you using the supplied antenna, which would be a dipole antenna? Did the FM ever work correctly? How about the AM? Will that receive channels?Thanks
