Call the Bose 1 800 number and their very helpful staff can order one for you. All they need is a credit card and they will send it to you. I just ordered two so I can have a spare. They can answer questions about repairs also.
Try tipping the system so it is facing the roof and then pressing eject, also try unplugging/plugging back in. If you get no luck, contact Bose as in most countries repairs are all done in-house. Remote will be sold by them as well.

If you have a cd or two stuck in your Bose wave radio, here's how to remove it and save yourself $99. This procedure is for the radio (model AWRCC1 or similar) with a single front loading cd slot.
PART I
1. First unplug the power, wait a minute, and then replug power, watching the front display.
2. The display will read "Ejecting". If the cd ejects, then you're done and can skip Part II. If it doesn't eject and/or it displays "Disk error" then you'll need to do the Part II steps.
PART II
1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Turn the radio upside down with the front facing you.
3. Remove the 5 screws from the bottom plate.
4. Hinge the front of the bottom plate up no more than 2". Don't overdo this or you'll damage various ribbon cables inside. Use extra hands or a prop to keep it open this amount.
5. Reach inside and tilt-up the front of cd player's metal housing just enough to access the rims of the cd(s) within the space created in step 4.
6. Pinch the rim(s) of the cd(s) and gently pull it/them out.
7. Reverse these steps to reassemble your radio.
Bose does not release their schematics or parts lists, effectively making themselves the only repair center for their products. Your only safe repair method is to contact the service/repair center at www.bose.com. They will likely offer you a flat rate repair or credit towards the purchase of a new unit.
HI. you will need to replace the loading dock motor. once this replacement is done, you will have no problem loading and unloading your media.
This repair will need to be initiated by Bose unfortunately. you will need to send it to Bose.
Ive replaced sooo many Bose systems for that very same reason. Id replace radio. Problem with Bose radios sometimes have no amp inside radio and if you replace the radio, you have to replace the entire system, very expensive, depends on year of vehicle too.
Hi Mike. ?you will have to get the model number off of your radio and contact BOSE so that the remote will be compatible with the radio. You can contact Bose at 1-800-999-2673
Unplug and plug back in. It should go through a automatic process, ejecting any discs that are inside. If all you hear is a mechanical noise, try this again only with the disc trays facing the ceiling.
